  • You've definitely got the motivation and right mindset for music. You're getting soo good extraordinarily fast, more so than like 99.7% of AT users. And before you know it, you'll be one of the top people here. It's really nice to see someone make the music I used to make. You're doing an amazing job, and I really mean it. One of these days you'll be one of the elites, playing in the big leagues. Please don't give up, you're going to make it somewhere, I promise

  • god damn

  • love the melodies

  • Lol you didn't like the facts I said so you down voted it? I was just saying that if the likes aren't legit, they don't get registered. This is info directly from the Moderation Team of Audiotool. It's just what dictates the charts.

    • ty, i understand what you're trying to say, just rubs off me in a bad way, but in no way do i deny you your thoughts on this

i get it, and it's just sad that people do that much to chart

i mean, wasting like an hour of your time just to make fake accounts? its shameful, and anyone who would do that just astounds me

oh well, it's a part of life, all we can do it move on

    • TLDR: Im old, i understand, its a lot of work, and i like this track. :)

    • Not trying to put To put them down. Just simply informing, because its actually fairly common. I want to give them benefit of the doubt, and you are right. I have been here for too long, so i know how new accounts work. a lot of new accounts are the exact issue, If they arent validated. Honestly if your going through the effort of making 30 validated accounts just to be on the charts, go for it. its a lot of work, lmao.

  • You are impressive, keep it up

You said a few month ago that i had to teach you, well now the contrary would be more logical :)

  • There's a suspicious amount of new account followers on this.

Just to let you know if you don't validate each account, the likes do not count.

    • go ask Moderator for the IP adresses if you don't believe me

    • I'm not like Far Away, and all those likes are from other people

    • I don't have alts

  • ohhh dang came and listened to this again and i love ur edits! i can definitely tell the difference in the perc! the one crit i have is the kick doesn't have much power. it doesn't have much body to it. the low end is kinda lacking and the transient is kinda weak. it is very phat tho... i like me some phat hehe

    • got u

    • hmu when u release em

    • ooooohhhhhh ok got it

      that'll definitely come in handy

i find i really need to work on my low end mixing for drums, and really get them muddled up, and i think it's the reverb im adding thats doing it

so now that i know that, imma experiemnt with my mixing styles and see how it ends up, maybe watch a few tutorials

  • man this is great prod

  • Are those brass synthensized?

    • im glad for them! it's going to help me a lot, and i need to revise some now, you helped me realize a few things i did wrong

    • Oh okay I was just giving you pointers in case you did

    • i just prefer to use more natural sounding ones that take up less space, rather than adding 50+ devices to a track when its kinda unnecessary

  • no way this is #1

    lol

i got #1 trap charts xDD

    • yeah sometimes i think i overlayer, i need to work on that a bit

    • If there's too many layered sounds then it can make the mix cluttered and muddy. So, it's important to be careful with that.

    • When you layer the sounds together it can be very useful actually because it allows you to create more complex and interesting sounds by combinining multiple elements. For example, you could actually layer a sample of a top endy kickdrum with a more low endy bassy kickdrum to add more body and texture to it. However it's really up to you. But I would say there should be a balance between layering sounds and having too many elements competing for space in the mix.
