Some 2005 style trance. I was going for a 2009 style 128-bpm pop trance sound at first with that wah synth, but the entire thing sounded like it was from a different era. The reverb on the wah synth makes it sound somewhat big room-ish though. Big room trance?
I'm pretty satisfied with the hard trance sound. Perhaps my most "banger" track.
Cover photo is of the Los Angeles metropolitan area, specifically Irvine. There's a lot of poorly done lighting contributing to light pollution and I wish that we could extinguish the light.

I like the track as a whole. It's a bit different from what you usually do, but it still connects with your other stuff. The rotating beat placement on that wah synth is a little jarring at first, but when it settles in, it feels really cool. The second part where it opens up is also really cool. Good composition, good synths, though the reverb on the percussion is probably a touch to big.

Good part is at 1.20 -ish. The placement of the wah on the beat gives it this really weird rotating feeling. As the cutoff slides around, it sounds like the wah is on different ends of the beat. When the track really opens up, that settles, and the track takes on a slightly different, sort of push-ahead feeling. It's a cool effect. The outro seems to come a touch too early. Without any other sounds to complement it, that reverb on the ride sounds really weird.

The sound the reverb makes in the first 13 seconds is a little annoying, but I really like the 303 sounds.
